THE DAILY JEFFERSONIAN-BUSINESS Sunday March 1, 2015 Ogle Top Ranked Realtor on Area MLS Sales Report: Dave Ogle of Scott-Ogle Realty was the top ranked Realtor for the Cambridge Board of Realtors based on a $6,483,625 volume and 53 sides of (transactions) on the 2014 Multiple Listing Service sales report. Ogle alone accounted for 8.5 percent of the board's 2014 sales that totaled $76,413,383 and 762 sides. The Cambridge Board of Realtors is comprised of 80 members and seven real estate offices. Ogle was licensed in 1974 and established Scott-Ogle Realty in 1977. He is a member of the Ohio Associated of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. The national home ownership rate fell to 63.9 percent at the end of 2014, the lowest level in two decades, according to the U.S. Census Bureau. It was the third-lowest rate since the third quarter of 1994. State ownership rates vary from 77.5 percent in Virginia to 53.1 percent in New York with 66.3 percent of households owning their own home in Ohio. The National Association of Realtors reported at its convention in November 2014 that 38 percent of members did not sell any real estate last year and 13 percent of members sold just one transaction
